Cancellation Policy
Free 15-Minute Introductory Session Policy 1. Service Description This service consists of a complimentary 15-minute introductory session via video conference (Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet). The session serves as a discovery call to understand your needs, assess mutual fit, and provide a high-level overview of how we might collaborate on Digital Transformation, AI Strategy, or related topics. Note: This service acts as an independent advisory session and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing the views of any Company. 2. Booking Terms Complimentary: This introductory session is provided entirely free of charge. Limitations: To ensure availability for all prospective clients, free introductory sessions are strictly limited to one per person or organization. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling We respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours. Even though this session is free, a missed appointment takes a valuable slot away from someone else. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the start time using the link provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations: If you realize you no longer need the meeting, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance so we can open the slot for another client. 4. Lateness & No-Shows Lateness: The session will start and end exactly at the scheduled times. If you arrive late, the session will not be extended, and we will utilize the remaining time within your 15-minute block. No-Shows: Given the brevity of this session, if you do not join the call within 5 minutes of the start time, it will be marked as a "No-Show" and the meeting will be canceled. Repeated no-shows may prevent you from booking future sessions. 5. Limitation of Liability Advisory Nature: The insights provided during this brief call are based on professional experience and are for informational purposes only. This does not constitute a formal consulting engagement. Implementation: You are solely responsible for any actions taken or decisions made based on this introductory discussion. The provider assumes no liability for damages resulting from the use or misuse of the information discussed. 6. Confidentiality We adhere to strict professional confidentiality. Any proprietary information, business strategies, or sensitive data you share during our brief session will remain strictly private and will not be disclosed to third parties.
