With over 20 years of international leadership across three continents, I specialize in orchestrating large-scale digital evolution for Fortune 500 organizations. Proven track record in managing high-stakes technology portfolios and leading cross-functional teams across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. As a dual Brazilian-German national fluent in six languages, I bridge cultural and operational gaps to align global technology initiatives with corporate EBITDA goals.
At Volkswagen Group, as for Enterprise Transformation, for almost a decade I coordinated and executed the strategic overhaul of global procurement processes and systems across 35 entities, achieving a full modernization of legacy systems and integration of Brands and Regions. As for TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) reduction, I led Cloud platform consolidation and automation for AWS, Azure and GCP, reducing 80% in Build costs, 70% in Run costs, and 91% in Implementation time, establishing FinOps and the "One-Product Platform Cloud".
I am currently steering the framework modernization of the Group IT Support Platform (ITSM and ITIL Processes) toward an AI-first model called the "One Infrastructure Platform". This program is directly aligned with my MBA research in "Accelerating with Artificial Intelligence the Group Digital Product Framework", which defines the standards for operational excellence, GDPR, EU AI Act and IT security for digital products for the whole Group.
