Cancellation Policy

1. Service Description This service consists of a 60-minute professional consultation via video conference (Zoom/Teams/Google Meet). The session is designed to provide strategic advice, industry insights, and feedback on Digital Transformation, AI Strategy, or related topics. Note: This service acts as an independent advisory session and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing the views of any Company. 2. Booking & Payment Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. Currency: All prices are in EUR. VAT Note: [Option A: If you are a Kleinunternehmer] According to § 19 UStG (Small Business Act), no sales tax (VAT) is charged or displayed. / [Option B: If you charge VAT] Prices include statutory VAT. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the start time via the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. 4. Lateness & No-Shows Lateness: The session will start and end at the scheduled times. If you arrive late, the session will not be extended, and we will use the remaining time effectively. No-Shows: If you do not join the call within 15 minutes of the start time, it will be considered a "No-Show," and the session will be forfeited without refund. 5. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer) Advisory Nature: The advice provided during this consultancy is based on professional experience and current industry best practices. It is for informational and strategic purposes only. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific business results, profits, or success (e.g., successful implementation of a technology or securing of funding). Implementation: The client is solely responsible for any actions taken or decisions made based on the advice given. The provider assumes no liability for damages resulting from the use or misuse of the information provided. 6. Confidentiality We adhere to strict professional confidentiality. Any proprietary information, business strategies, or sensitive data shared during the session will remain private and will not be disclosed to third parties. 7. Technical Issues In case of technical issues, a new session will be scheduled.
